At Raw Epics, our Skills Instructors are the heart of rider development — teaching essential techniques, improving safety, and fueling the passion for mountain biking. We’re looking for a patient, energetic, and certified instructor who thrives outdoors and enjoys helping riders push their limits responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct beginner to advanced MTB skills sessions and clinics
• Demonstrate and teach proper riding techniques, trail safety, and bike handling
• Create structured lesson plans suited for varying skill levels
• Assess rider progress and provide constructive, motivational feedback
• Maintain safety protocols during all training sessions
• Collaborate with the coaching and guided trip teams to ensure consistent learning outcomes

Requirements

• IMBA, PMBIA, or equivalent MTB Instructor Certification (Level 1 or higher preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong riding ability and a passion for teaching
• Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety, and maintenance
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
