At Raw Epics, our Trail Guides are the backbone of every adventure — leading riders through curated routes, ensuring safety, and creating unforgettable trail experiences.
We’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and people-oriented guide who thrives in the outdoors and enjoys connecting riders with trails, terrain, and the spirit of mountain biking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage guided MTB rides across various trail networks
- Ensure rider safety and group control throughout the ride
- Select and adapt routes based on rider skill levels and conditions
- Provide basic coaching tips and on-trail guidance when needed
- Conduct pre-ride briefings and safety checks
- Handle minor bike issues and assist riders during the ride
- Work closely with the coaching and operations team to deliver seamless experiences
Requirements
- Strong mountain biking skills with experience on varied terrain
- Confident navigation and trail knowledge
- Excellent communication and group management skills
- Passion for outdoor adventure and community building
- Knowledge of trail etiquette, safety practices, and environmental responsibility
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
